The Wooden Cradle is hung on two beautiful carved pillars and there is a beautifully carved base at the lower level. - Refunds are processed only after the item is picked up from your address and received back at our warehouse — usually within 2–3 days after that.
- Refunds are issued to your Wooden Twist Wallet. If issued to a bank account instead, a 5% payment gateway charge applies.
- Refused deliveries are refunded after a 20% restocking fee.
- Sale/discounted orders can only be replaced (for damage or defects), not returned for refund.
- An unedited unboxing video is mandatory for any return or replacement claim.

🚫 Delivery Rejection (Custom & Non-Returnable Items)
- Free storage for 7 days if delivery is refused.
- From day 8, a ₹100/day demurrage fee applies (up to 30 days).
- After 37 days, we may dispose of the item with no refund.
