- Damaged or defective item? Raise a return request from your account — we assess it within 72 hours and provide a replacement or other suitable fix.
- Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing, only if not yet shipped. Refund goes to your Wooden Twist Wallet.
- Products bought on discount or during sale cannot be cancelled.

- Refunds are processed only after the item is picked up from your address and received back at our warehouse — usually within 2–3 days after that.
- Refunds are issued to your Wooden Twist Wallet. If issued to a bank account instead, a 5% payment gateway charge applies.
- Refused deliveries are refunded after a 20% restocking fee.
- Sale/discounted orders can only be replaced (for damage or defects), not returned for refund.
- An unedited unboxing video is mandatory for any return or replacement claim.
