📦 Cancellations

• Damaged or defective item? Raise a return request from your account — we assess it within 72 hours and provide a replacement or other suitable fix.
• Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing, only if not yet shipped. Refund goes to your Wooden Twist Wallet.
• Products bought on discount or during sale cannot be cancelled.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

• Refunds are processed only after the item is picked up from your address and received back at our warehouse — usually within 2–3 days after that.
• Refunds are issued to your Wooden Twist Wallet. If issued to a bank account instead, a 5% payment gateway charge applies.
• Refused deliveries are refunded after a 20% restocking fee.
• Sale/discounted orders can only be replaced (for damage or defects), not returned for refund.
• An unedited unboxing video is mandatory for any return or replacement claim.

🛡️ Warranty

• 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and termite/borer issues.
• Not covered: scratches from cleaning, damage from incorrect installation, cracks from shifting the product, sun/water exposure, minor natural wood “checks,” surface unevenness up to 5mm, or upholstery/cushion covers.

🚫 Delivery Rejection (Custom & Non-Returnable Items)

• Free storage for 7 days if delivery is refused.
• From day 8, a ₹100/day demurrage fee applies (up to 30 days).
• After 37 days, we may dispose of the item with no refund.

1. Color Variations

We make every effort to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, please note that actual colors may vary slightly due to:

• Lighting conditions at the time photos are taken.
• Device screen quality and settings (brightness, resolution, etc.).

Such minor variations in color will not be considered a defect or grounds for dispute/return.

2. Size & Dimensions

All dimensions provided are approximate. Due to the nature of furniture manufacturing and craftsmanship, a variation of up to 2–3 cm is considered normal and acceptable.

Minor differences in size will not be treated as a defect or basis for dispute.

3. Handcrafted & Natural Materials

Many of our products are handcrafted or made using natural materials (wood, marble, fabric, etc.). This may result in slight differences in texture, finish, grain pattern, or polish shade compared to display images.

These natural and handmade variations are part of the uniqueness of the product and will not be accepted as a manufacturing defect.

4. Product Images & Props

Images on the website may include props (decor, accessories, chairs, etc.) used for styling. Unless specifically mentioned, such items are not included with the product purchase.

5. Quality Assurance

Every product undergoes strict quality checks before delivery. Claims regarding minor variations in color, size, or natural texture will not be entertained as disputes.
